I really enjoyed its perfect and magnificent location!

Gorgeous place, it was clean and had affable staff literally at your service.

My room was reasonably large and functional and included a mini-bar, climate control, and multi-channel TV.

Very comfy beds, central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar in the room. Well-equipped bathroom with a tub. Good and perfect location in the financial district & city views.

Location very handy for sightseeing/shopping in Central Madrid - about 20 minutes by bus/metro, reasonably quiet area and good value. Breakfast is expensive so we didn't eat there, but there are several outlets that serve breakfast within walking distance of hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff didn't speak English so brush up on your Spanish before you go!

Great location as a stop over location when travelling to southern Spain, only a 5 min walk to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu which was the main reason of choosing this hotel. Great for the kids as there is a pool on the roof, and in the evening TGI Fridays is only across the square, as is Starbucks if you prefer a more vfm breakfast as an alternative to the €20/person hotel breakfast, Although kids Under 12 do eat for free and the choice is vast.

Only complaint is that the free wi fi is only available, to guests if you buy drinks or breakfast, otherwise it would be €11 per day.

Got savoury and excellent breakfasts with bacon. The location was great, just 5 min walk from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Further, it was very close to the main attractions of Madrid, Madrid football ground and the center.

Really good Stay in a Stylish Setting

My partner and I enjoyed two very nice nights filled with great service and a vibrant atmosphere. The bar staff were friendly, crafting delicious cocktails. Don't miss the rooftop terrace for fine city views. Quick subway access makes exploring the area convenient yet peaceful. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and they were helpful with a good safe to keep passports etc

The swimming pool was closed which was one of the reason on choosing this hotel also the jacuzzi was not working - the staff was rude when we asked about it

Nice Hotel and very simple

Booked hotel on your site Booked.net and when we arrived at hotel they tried to charge extra for our 17year old dughter when it stated clearly on your site she was classed as young adult until 18years old. When we went to the room it was a small room with 1double bed and small sofa bed. On yr site we booked a family room with 2 double beds. Luckily we took the printout with us so they changes the room.

I tried to stay an additional night and they tried to charge me double the amount I originally paid...having to pay for wifi also sucked
